Nick Adams brings more than 20 years of front-of-house hospitality experience to OCS. His background includes training and supervising more than 100 employees, leading valet operations in senior living communities, and supporting major events including Barrett-Jackson and the WM Phoenix Open.
Nick believes hospitality starts with attentiveness. Residents notice when employees make eye contact, offer assistance, and take pride in their work. Those small interactions shape how residents, families, and guests experience a community every day.
OCS was built on a simple principle: the customer is the priority. By combining strong leadership, cross-training, and clear service standards, OCS helps communities deliver the experience they promise.
